BSNL offers 10 GB per day data download
Customers can download “10 GB per day” data by paying monthly charges of Rs. 249 only
With an aim to attract more customers in wireline broadband services, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd has launched an unlimited Broadband plan 'Experience Unlimited BB 249' at 2 Mbps speed with 10 GB per day data.
NK Gupta Director (CFA) BSNL Board said that BSNL is the only operator who is offering cheapest "10 GB per day" data download plan under wireline Broadband services in the country.
He further said that the above plan has elicited enormous response towards BSNL's wireline Broadband services and many new customers are subscribing to BSNL wireline Broadband services under 'Experience Unlimited BB 249' plan.
Policies are aimed at promoting competition and lower tariffs that benefit consumers, says TRAI
Under this plan, customers can download "10 GB per day" data by paying monthly charges of Rs. 249 only. In addition to this data download, customers can also make unlimited free calls to any network between 9 PM to 7 AM and on all Sundays without any additional charges.
BSNL has also recently has announced that the company is offering 1GB of free data to all smartphone users who are using BSNL connection but are not using its internet services and to counter Jio, the State - run telco has announced a new tariff plan in which it is offering 2GB data per day at Rs. 339.
Besides this, the telco has revamped its existing plans of Rs. 156, Rs. 198, Rs. 291 and Rs. 549. Now users will get 7GB data for 28 days in Rs. 156 whereas earlier it was 4GB for 10 days. The Rs. 198 pack offers the same validity, but data is upped by 4GB. At Rs. 291, the company is offering 28GB of data for 28 days while the Rs. 549 plan will offer 30GB of data for 30 days.
