Global Cloud Xchange gets Telecom Asia Awards 2016

Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), a subsidiary of Reliance Communications, has been named Best Managed Services Provider at the Telecom Asia Awards 2016, a company statement said here on Thursday.

The awards were held in conjunction with the annual Telco Strategies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

"As a global subsea network operator, GCX is at the heart of the digital revolution where network is a critical component to address end-to-end security and application performance needed for the new era of globalisation," said Bill Barney, chief executive, Reliance Communications (Enterprise) and Global Cloud Xchange.

The Telecom Asia Award winners were chosen by an independent panel of industry experts for innovation, financial performance, technology, market leadership and corporate governance, the statement said.
