Jio Introduces New Prepaid Plans With Free Netflix Subscription

Reliance Jio has introduced two new prepaid plans that come with free Netflix subscriptions. These plans are priced at Rs 1,299 and Rs 1,799, offering up to 3GB of 4G data per day along with unlimited 5G data for 84 days. Let's check all the details here.

Jio Rs 1,299 Prepaid Plan

The Rs 1,299 prepaid plan provides users with 2GB of 4G data per day. Additionally, it includes unlimited voice calling, unlimited 5G data, and 100 SMS per day. This plan is valid for a period of 84 days.

Jio Rs 1,799 Prepaid Plan

The Rs 1,799 plan offers a more extensive package with 3GB of 4G data per day. It also includes unlimited 5G data and unlimited voice calling. Similar to the Rs 1,299 plan, it bundles in 100 SMS per day and has a validity of 84 days.

While both plans come with Netflix subscriptions but differ in the type of Netflix access they provide. The Rs 1,299 Jio prepaid plan offers free access to the Netflix Mobile pack. On the other hand, the Rs 1,799 plan includes the Netflix Basic plan.

For the unaware, the Netflix Mobile plan costs Rs 149 per month while the Netflix Basic plan is priced at Rs 199 per month. Choosing between these plans depends on your data needs and preferred Netflix subscription.

If you require more daily data and Netflix Basic, the Rs 1,799 plan might be more suitable. You will be able to watch content in 720p (HD) resolution on TVs. However, the Netflix Mobile plan will only allow you to watch content on a phone or tablet at a time with a maximum resolution of 480p.
