Amazfit has launched the Amazfit Balance 3 and Amazfit Balance Ultra, positioning both as core parts of a new Hybrid Training System. Announced during a New York panel with fitness and HYROX speakers, the wearables link with the Zepp App. The aim is to support athletes who combine intense training with office work and family routines.

The Amazfit Balance 3 and Amazfit Balance Ultra work as data hubs, logging physiological and lifestyle information. The Zepp App then interprets this information to guide training, recovery, sleep, and stress control. This ecosystem uses HybridCharge Energy Intelligence to merge three metrics into a single view of physical capacity and readiness.

Amazfit Balance 3 and Balance Ultra Specifications & Features

HybridCharge Energy Intelligence brings together BioCharge, LifeLoad, and Training Load for a clearer picture. BioCharge reflects current body energy and recovery status. LifeLoad factors in daily pressures and routine tasks beyond workouts. Training Load measures effort from exercise sessions. Weekly Focus, Training Balance, and Hybrid Training Plans help divide work across strength, endurance, and recovery while mapping long-term progress.

Both Amazfit Balance 3 and Amazfit Balance Ultra share a 1.5-inch AMOLED display under sapphire glass. Peak brightness reaches 3,000 nits for better outdoor visibility. Dual-band GPS works with six satellite systems for improved positioning, while route guidance and offline maps support outdoor sessions. The watches also undergo military-grade resistance tests for durability.

The Amazfit Balance 3 and Amazfit Balance Ultra differ mainly in build, size, buttons, and battery. Amazfit Balance 3 uses either a stainless steel or titanium frame with a polymer shell and four physical buttons. Amazfit Balance Ultra employs Grade 5 titanium across bezel, frame, buttons, and back cover, with a polymer case and five buttons.

Amazfit lists the Amazfit Balance 3 at 51.4 x 51.4 x 14.6 mm including sensors. Weight without a strap is 62g for stainless steel and 55g for titanium. After an event, athletes can study pacing, times at individual stations, and overall finish times using watch and app data.

Beyond HYROX, the Amazfit Balance 3 and Amazfit Balance Ultra support more than 180 sports modes. The watches automatically recognise 25 strength exercises and eight standard sports movements, helping build detailed workout logs.
