Paired with the boAt Crest app, the ring enables tracking of vital health metrics such as SpO2 levels, heart rate, and heart rate variability. It also features sensors for monitoring sleep quality, stress levels, and even skin temperature. One standout feature is camera control through a shake gesture, allowing users to take photos hands-free.

For battery, the Smart Ring Active Plus offers up to five days on a single charge. It comes with a magnetic charging case featuring a USB Type-C port, which extends the battery life up to 30 days. Weighing just 4.7 grams, the ring is both lightweight and compact. Other features include Bluetooth 5.0 and a 5ATM rating, making it resistant to dust, sweat, and splashes.
