Garmin CIRQA Smart Band Launched in India to Rival Whoop and Google Fitbit Air: Check Price & Features
Garmin has launched the CIRQA Smart Band in India, bringing its screenless health and fitness tracker to the country following its global debut in July. Priced at Rs. 25,990, the wearable is designed for users who want detailed sleep, recovery and fitness insights without wearing a conventional smartwatch.
Instead of a display, the CIRQA uses a fabric band and physical button, with most health and activity data available through the Garmin Connect app.

Garmin CIRQA Smart Band Price and Availability
The Garmin CIRQA Smart Band is priced at Rs. 25,990 in India and is available through Garmin's official website.
The Small/Medium variant supports wrists measuring 120mm to 200mm and comes in Mauve, French Grey, Black and Captain Blue. The Large/Extra Large version fits wrists measuring 145mm to 240mm and is available in Captain Blue, Mauve and Black.
Garmin CIRQA Features and Specifications
The Garmin CIRQA continuously monitors heart rate and can provide high and low heart rate alerts. It also includes Body Battery, stress tracking, Pulse Ox, skin temperature monitoring and women's health tracking.
Sleep tracking is another major focus. Features include Sleep Score, Sleep Coach, Sleep Alignment, nap detection, HRV Status, Health Status, Breathing Variations and Smart Wake Alarm. Breathing Variations can identify changes in sleep breathing patterns, although Garmin notes that the feature is not intended to diagnose medical conditions.
For fitness tracking, the CIRQA can automatically detect activities such as walking and running, while users can manually track more than 80 activities, including cycling and yoga.
The band also supports Garmin features such as Training Readiness, Training Status, VO2 max, Fitness Age, training load, Recovery Time, steps, calories, Intensity Minutes and Workout Benefit.
There is no built-in GPS. Instead, the CIRQA uses Connected GPS through a paired smartphone for outdoor activities. Other features include LiveTrack and Broadcast Heart Rate for compatible Garmin devices.
Garmin has also included Wheelchair Mode, which tracks pushes and weight shifts and supports compatible sports apps.
Garmin Connect and Connect+ Features
The Garmin Connect app is central to the CIRQA experience, allowing users to view and manage health, sleep and fitness data. Core health features do not require a subscription.
Garmin claims up to 10 days of battery life, making battery endurance one of the key highlights of the screenless tracker.
An optional Garmin Connect+ subscription adds features such as Live Activity, Garmin Coach plans, Active Intelligence, voice-guided meditation, mindful breathing tools and nutrition tracking.
