Forerunner 970 Features

The Forerunner 970 is crafted for athletes aiming to surpass their personal records. It combines a premium design with advanced navigation features like built-in full-colour mapping. The watch offers multi-band GPS, full-colour maps, enhanced navigation, up to 15 days of battery life, and built-in calling when paired with a smartphone.

The Forerunner 970 boasts premium materials such as a rugged sapphire lens and titanium bezel that withstand harsh environments. It includes a built-in LED flashlight for better visibility in dark settings. The watch also provides insights into running tolerance by recommending weekly maximum mileage to maintain training balance. Additionally, it measures running economy using the HRM 600 heart rate monitor (sold separately) and assesses step speed loss when the foot hits the ground.
