Lava Prowatch Launching on April 23 in India; Features and Design Teased

Lava, the Homegrown brand is all set to debut a new smartwatch named the Lava Prowatch in India. The launch date and design of the upcoming smartwatch have been confirmed officially.

The upcoming Lava Prowatch will join the brand's existing fitness tracker Lava BeFIT which was launched back in 2021. Let's check the launch date and features of the upcoming Lava Prowatch in India.

Lava Prowatch India Launch on April 23

The Lava Prowatch will be launched on April 23 at 11:00 AM IST. The availability details are yet to be revealed. We expect it can be purchased via the brand's official site and other online e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon.

Lava Prowatch: What to Expect?

The official teaser confirms the Lava Prowatch will have a circular display. Another post suggests that it will come with a tough display and is expected to be scratch-resistant. The smartwatch will also have a metal frame along with a button and a rotating crown.

Further, the Lava Prowatch is confirmed to support heart rate monitoring and is also claimed to provide more accurate tracking compared to other smartwatches available in the market.

It will also support interchangeable straps. Other details like battery life and display are yet to be revealed. To recall, the Lava BeFIT fitness band was launched at Rs 2,699. However, the upcoming smartwatch could be priced higher compared to the Lava BeFIT.

The fitness tracker was announced with a small colour display along with heart rate and SpO2 monitoring support. The Lava BeFIT also includes GPS support and smart notification features.
