Lava Launches Probuds N33 Neckband with ANC and 45ms Low-Latency Gaming Mode for ₹1,299

Lava’s audio brand Probuds has introduced its latest neckband, the Probuds N33, which officially goes on sale today across retail outlets and Lava’s e-store. Priced at ₹1,299, this is the company’s first neckband to feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)—a feature that’s usually seen in higher-end audio products.

Designed for Everyday Use

The Probuds N33 is aimed at users who want a mix of comfort, performance, and practicality. It features a metallic finish with a durable design and comes equipped with 13mm dynamic bass drivers. Lava says the neckband delivers deep bass and balanced audio for listening to music, calls, or gaming sessions.

For those who work or travel in noisy environments, the ANC feature cuts background noise by up to 30dB, while a Transparency Mode lets ambient sound through when needed. The neckband also includes Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for clearer calls in busy surroundings.

Gaming-Friendly Audio

Gamers may appreciate the Pro Game Mode, which offers 45ms low latency for near real-time sound response during gameplay. That means fewer sync issues between visuals and audio—something mobile gamers often deal with.

Battery, Charging, and Connectivity

Powering the neckband is a 300mAh battery that promises up to 40 hours of playtime with ANC turned off, and about 31 hours when it’s on. A quick 10-minute charge delivers up to 10 hours of playback, while a full charge takes around an hour.

It supports Bluetooth 5.4, dual-device pairing, and Type-C fast charging. You can connect it to two devices at once and switch seamlessly—handy if you juggle between a phone and a laptop.
