Apple Beats Studio Buds+ Rumored Features

The Studio Buds+ were spotted on the IMDA certification website bearing model numbers A2872 and A2871. Its arrival on the website suggests that the device will likely launch very soon.

The Apple Beats Studio Buds+ previously received the FCC certification, revealing documentation submitted by Apple. The device, bearing model numbers A2872 and A2871, will support automatic device-switching, audio sharing, and "Hey Siri."

To recall, Apple's AirPods and older Beats earbuds also support these features. According to a 9to5Mac report, the new Studio Buds+ will feature a custom Beats processor.

This means that the upcoming Buds+ might not get some nifty features of the AirPods, AirPods Pro, and Powerbeats Pro. However, the custom Beats chip offers one key advantage: the Apple Beats Studio Buds+ can be used with Android and iOS products.

According to the report, the Apple Beats Studio Buds+ will feature media controls for play/pause. It will also have a function for press and hold which will allow users to alternate between noise-canceling modes.

As for the design, the Studio Buds+ will appear quite similar to the original Studio Buds. Apple will reportedly introduce a new model in black with gold details.
