Oura Ring 4 Launched in India with Sleep and 50+ Health Metrics Tracking: Check Price, Sale, and Features
Oura Health, the company behind the popular smart ring, has officially entered the Indian market with the launch of the Oura Ring 4. The latest generation smart ring is designed to act as a personal health companion, offering advanced health and wellness tracking in a compact form factor.
Oura Ring 4 Features
In terms of design, the Oura Ring 4 is crafted from lightweight titanium and features recessed sensors to ensure 24/7 comfort, even while sleeping. It is available in 12 sizes ranging from 4 to 15, making it one of the widest size ranges offered by any smart ring.

The Ring 4 is designed for everyday wear and tracks more than 50 health and wellness metrics. These insights are delivered through the Oura app, available on both iOS and Android platforms.
The smart ring is powered by Oura's Smart Sensing technology, which uses research-grade sensors and intelligent algorithms to adapt to individual characteristics such as finger shape, skin tone, and other personal factors. Its multi-wavelength sensing system and 18 signal pathways help capture body signals more accurately.
Oura Ring 4 Price in India
The Oura Ring 4 will be available in India starting March 18 via Croma stores and Amazon. The device is also available in six finishes – Black, Silver, Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold. It will cost ₹28,900 for Silver and Black variants and other options can be purchased for ₹39,900.
It also comes with a membership plan priced at ₹599 per month, which gives you deeper access to accurate data and information. Alongside the launch, the company also released a report titled "India: The State of Sleep 2026."
According to the report, users in India average about 6 hours and 28 minutes of sleep per night, which is around 40 minutes less than the longest-sleeping countries in Oura's global dataset. The report also highlights that Indians experience lower levels of REM and deep sleep compared to the global average.
