POCO Pods TWS Earbuds Launch Date and Pricing in India Tipped
POCO in India was solely known for their smartphones. Despite venturing into other products globally, they hadn't launched any accessory or other gadgets here. But that's set to change, if rumours are to be believed, as POCO is gearing up to launch their TWS earbuds soon in India.
Speculations suggest that the launch is likely next week. Some details and pricing too, have now been leaked. Here's what we know so far.

POCO Pods TWS Earbuds: Launch Timeline and Expected Pricing
According to a 91Mobiles report, the POCO Pods TWS earbuds are set to make their debut in India on July 28. This implies that the official unveiling is one week away. A key point to note is that these earbuds will mark POCO's first entry into the earbuds market in the country. Previously the company has solely focused on smartphones.
The expected price range for the POCO Pods TWS earbuds is between Rs 1,500 and Rs 2,000. This thus means that they are entry-level options tailored for those looking for budget earbuds.
That makes sense as POCO has an established reputation of offering good value in their products, while remaining budget-friendly.
POCO Pods TWS Earbuds: Could be Rebranded Redmi Buds 4 Active
The report additionally adds that these buds are likely to be rebranded Redmi Buds 4 Active which was officially launched in India in June. This is because of the striking similarity in design between the two products.
Leaked POCO Pods renders show a very similar design to the Redmi Buds 4 Active, except the POCO ones being in a dual tone finish.
The POCO buds are mostly all-black except having yellow in some parts. The rubber ear tips and insides of the charging case are yellow.
If the report is indeed correct, then the features are going to be the same. That entails that the POCO Pods TWS earbuds will feature 12mm audio drivers, IPX4-rated sweat and splash resistance, Environment Noise Cancellation (ENC), Bluetooth 5.3, Google Fast Pair, and up to 30 hours of battery life.
Nothing has officially been revealed by the company yet.
