Probuds has launched the Wave 931 neckband in India, adding a new option to the affordable audio accessories segment. The neckband is aimed at users who want active noise cancellation, long battery life, and a familiar neckband-style design for everyday use. The Probuds Wave 931 is priced at ₹1,299 and will be available online starting December 24.

Probuds Expands Its Neckband Lineup

The Wave 931 is the latest audio product from Probuds, which operates under Lava International Limited. With this launch, Probuds is pushing ANC into a segment where most neckbands still focus mainly on battery life and basic sound performance.

Audio Performance and Noise Cancellation

The Probuds Wave 931 comes with 13mm dynamic drivers that are tuned for deep bass. Alongside this, the neckband supports active noise cancellation to reduce ambient noise during travel or work sessions. For calls, environmental noise cancellation is also included to improve voice clarity.

There’s a low-latency mode rated at 45ms, which should help reduce audio delay during video streaming and mobile gaming. While it’s not aimed at competitive gamers, it adds some flexibility for everyday entertainment use.

Battery Life and Fast Charging

Battery life is one of the more practical aspects of the Wave 931. The neckband is claimed to offer up to 40 hours of playback with ANC turned off and up to 31 hours with ANC enabled. Charging is handled via a USB Type-C port, and fast charging support means a short 10-minute charge can deliver several hours of playback. A full charge takes roughly an hour.

Design and Features

The Wave 931 features a metallic-finish neckband and is available in two colors: Celestial Chrome and Violet Eclipse. It includes a magnetic hall switch that automatically controls power and playback when the earbuds are attached or detached.

Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.4, with support for dual-device pairing. The neckband is also rated IPX5 for water and sweat resistance, making it suitable for workouts and outdoor use.

Price and Availability in India

The Probuds Wave 931 is priced at ₹1,299 in India. An introductory offer brings the price down to ₹1,099 for a limited number of units. Sales begin on December 24 through online platforms.
