Realme Buds Air8 Pro And Watch S5 Launching in India on May 22 Alongside Realme 16T 5G
Realme has confirmed that the Realme Buds Air8 Pro and Realme Watch S5 will launch in India on May 22, alongside the Realme 16T 5G. The company is highlighting strong active noise cancellation on the earbuds and long battery life plus fitness features on the smartwatch ahead of the event.
The launch event is scheduled for May 22 at 12 PM IST, where full specifications and pricing should be revealed. Both devices fall under Realme’s AIoT line and are aimed at users who already use Realme smartphones or plan to join the ecosystem.

Realme Buds Air8 Pro: What to Expect
The Realme Buds Air8 Pro are confirmed to feature up to 55dB Ultra-Depth Noise Cancellation, matching the Realme Buds Air8. The earbuds support Adaptive ANC, which adjusts noise reduction based on surrounding sounds. A dual DAC driver system is used to improve bass response and overall clarity for music and calls.
Realme is also adding AI Call Noise Cancellation on the Realme Buds Air8 Pro to reduce disturbances during voice calls. Teaser images show the earbuds in black and white colour options, paired with a compact case. Realme says the design is aimed at travel, work, and everyday listening where users want fewer external distractions.
Realme has not yet shared the India price of the Realme Buds Air8 Pro, but there are reference points. The Realme Buds Air 8 launched at Rs 3,799 in India, while the Realme Buds Air7 Pro went on sale at Rs 4,999. The new earbuds are expected to sit in a similar price bracket.
Realme Watch S5: What to Expect
The Realme Watch S5 focuses on fitness tracking and endurance rather than premium styling alone. Realme states that the smartwatch will support more than 110 sports modes, covering many workout types. The company also claims up to 20 days of battery life, which aims to reduce the need for frequent charging.
The Realme Watch S5 features a circular dial with a white or grey chassis, paired with matching bands. It includes standard fitness and activity tracking tools and can link with the wider Realme ecosystem for notifications and health data. Realme describes the watch as suitable for people with active lifestyles who need long-lasting battery backup.
With the Realme Buds Air8 Pro bringing ANC and dual DAC drivers, and the Realme Watch S5 offering extended battery life and broad sports support, the May 22 event is set to expand Realme’s AIoT portfolio in India. More detailed specifications are expected as the launch of the Realme 16T 5G and the new wearables approaches.
