[REPORT] Samsung to Launch Gear S3 with GPS on August 31

Amid the preparation for the IFA 2016, Samsung has sent out the media invites for the launch of new Gear smartwatch on August 31st. As per the image, it shows the round dial hinting at the Gear S3 smartwatch.

As per the latest rumor, the company might launch Gear S3 Classic, Gear S3 Frontier, and Gear S3 Explorer smartwatches. Moreover, this smartphone is expected to come with rotary bezel design.

According to SamMobile, the so-called Gear S3 is expected to come with new sensors including an altimeter, a barometer, a speedometer, and a GPS too.

The Samsung Gear S3 announcement will happen on 31st August (Wed) 18:00 CET at Tempodrom, Berlin, Germany.

Meanwhile, the company has launched its latest flagship smartphone -- Galaxy Note 8. Reiterating the specifications, the Galaxy Note 7 comes with 5.7-inch display, Octa-Core Exynos 8890 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage, 12MP/5MP camera, S-Pen stylus and powered by a 3500mAh battery.
