According a new teaser the Indian brand is planning to launch a smartwatch into the Indian market rather soon. Furthermore WickedLeak claims that their smartwatch will be priced below Rs 10,000. Analyst at GizBot however believe that WickedLeak is playing the OnePlus game to keep the hype building by stating overly high price. In fact the smartwatch from the company might end up being priced lower.
Nevertheless it is a great move by another Indian company to enter the wearable scene. Intex and Spice are two other homegrown brands who have previously ventured in the smartwatch category. Surprisingly India's largest smartphone brand Micromax is yet to make a move!
