Xiaomi has unveiled the Redmi Watch 5 Lite, its newest smartwatch addition. The device features a 1.96-inch AMOLED display and supports Bluetooth calling. According to Xiaomi, it offers superior call clarity with noise cancellation technology.

The watch boasts a sleek metallic design and provides continuous health monitoring. It supports over 160 sports modes and offers more than 200 watch faces. Additionally, it is water-resistant up to 50 meters (5ATM) and includes Alexa support due to its built-in microphone.

Redmi Watch 5 Lite Pricing and Battery Life

Available in Black and Light Gold colours, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite is priced at Rs. 3,999 but will be offered at Rs. 3,499 starting from midnight on mi.com.

The watch promises an impressive battery life of up to 18 days on a single charge, powered by a robust 470mAh battery. The smartwatch houses a powerful 470mAh battery that delivers up to 18 days of usage under typical conditions or up to 12 days with heavy use.

Redmi Watch 5 Lite Features

The Redmi Watch 5 Lite sports a vibrant 1.96-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 410 x 502 pixels and brightness reaching up to 600 nits. Users can choose from over 200 watch faces, including more than 50 customizable options and over 30 Always-On Display (AOD) screens.

Equipped with various sensors such as a heart rate sensor with blood oxygen monitoring, accelerometer, and gyroscope, the watch ensures comprehensive health tracking. It operates on Bluetooth v5.3 LE and is compatible with Android devices running version 6.0 or higher and iOS devices with version 12 or higher.

The smartwatch includes five system GNSS capabilities: GLONASS, GPS, Beidou, Galileo, and QZSS. It features a built-in microphone and speaker for calls along with dual-microphone ENC for clear audio during calls.

Users can track activities, monitor sleep and stress levels, and even keep tabs on their period cycles. The watch also offers over 50 widget customizations accessible via the smartwatch or app. Additional modes include night mode, Do Not Disturb (DND), theatre mode, water clearing mode, phone finder, torchlight function, camera shutter control, events reminder, alarm clock, stopwatch, timer functionality, raise-to-wake feature, and palm tap-to-sleep option.
