HTC has introduced a new smartphone under its Desire series dubbed as in HTC Desire 728 Dual SIM in China.
The smartphone is already up for pre-order and is expected to be shipped by mid-September, but the company has not yet revealed the price of the handset.
The HTC Desire 728 Dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5.5 inch HD IPS display at 1280x720 pixel resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 chipset clocked at 1.3GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB or RAM and runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop along with HTC Sense UI on top.
It packs a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, there is also 5 megapixel front-facing selfie shooter. It comes with 16GB internal storage with an option to expand storage using a microSD card.
Furthermore, for connectivity options, it includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, GPS, 3G and 4G LTE connectivity. According to the company listing the smartphone is packed with 2800mAh battery that can offer up to 21 hours of talk time and up to 485 hours of standby time in 3G.
