TomTom In-Car High Speed Multi-Charger Launched in India for Rs 1,690

Diminishing worries about mobile phone's battery drainage among car owners, recently TomTom India launched a High Speed Multi-Charger that can charge up to three devices at once. The product will cost you Rs. 1,690. It is available in four different variants and can be bought online as well as from any car accessories stores across India. The charger can be used in cars, trucks and any vehicles.

The device is said to be capable of charging the device up to four times faster than other chargers with a USB port that offers 5V-2.1 Amps output. The 1.2 Amp USB charging port for mobile phones or MP3 players. It has two dedicated USB ports provide full power at all times and a dedicated port to power 12V in-car devices like DVD players. Thus it is suitable for USB devices such as mobile phones and navigation devices as well as high voltage devices such as an in-car DVD system.

Commenting on the launch, Kavita Nath, Country Manager at TomTom India, said "The TomTom High Speed Multi-Charger is truly game-changing.TomTom High Speed Multi - Charger enables users to charge their smartphones, iPads and other devices - such as their camera or a power-hungry portable DVD player all at the same time."

The company launched a range of other in-car chargers. You can charge iPhone, iPad and iPod with Fast Car Charger which is priced at Rs 990. The USB Home Charger is compatible with GPS devices, ultra compact and is priced at Rs 1,390. The Compact USB Car Charger has a detachable cable and can charge mobiles and navigation devices. It is priced at Rs 890. Fast Car Charger with Cable and Clip management at Rs. 1,290.
