The announcement came as expected, however, we also covered the leaked tariff packs of the service, but that leak was not par with the packs revealed by Ambani today. However, they are still much more competitive than other telecom networks.
Ambani also made some major announcements regarding the service which include the premium Jio apps free till December which costs you as much as Rs. 15,000. Take a look at the sliders below for all the announcements made at the event today.
5 Paise Per MB
This is one of the major announcement regarding the service. Ambani said that the network will cost as low as 5 paise per MB which dubs to Rs. 50 for a GB of data. That's insane, right?

No Roaming Charges
This has to be done by someone and Reliance steps with this service. The Mukesh Ambani-led company announced that the telecom service won't charge for roaming charges and he said as follows: "Put an end to all voice call charges for all voice calls that are domestic"
