Likewise, the new update also brings several Snapchat-like effects to the Messenger Camera, which will let the user capture and share moments with their friends more quickly and easily unlike ever before.

The shutter button of the new camera feature is placed right at the center of the screen, which makes it easy for the user to locate and share pictures.
Capturing a photo is just a tap away with the update, as the users can now click a picture at just a finger click and record a video with long pressing the shutter button. Not only can the users send pictures to their friends, but also can add special 3D effects to them.
Yes, the new update has come up with new 3D masks and special effects, which enable the users to add artistic filters to their captured images before sending across to their friends.

The users can transform their pictures to a reindeer, play with falling snow and more with the newly available 3D effects on Facebook Messenger. Along with these, Facebook has also added thousands of stickers, frames, masks and effects that users to choose from.
The new update also let the users make the messages they send more interesting and fun, with the help of the palette icon situated right next to the shutter button, which will help them add clip arts and stickers to the texts.
