JioCinema's New Ad-free Plan Coming on April 25

JioCinema is live streaming the Indian Premier League (IPL) for free in 12 languages including English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Haryanvi, and others.

The OTT platform will soon allow you to watch ad-free content outside the live sports streaming. The latest video shared by JioCinema hints that an ad-free plan is on its way. Let's check out what to expect from JioCinema's upcoming plan.

JioCinema's New Ad-free Plan to Release on April 25

The OTT platform has shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) saying ''Change is constant, but your plan doesn't have to be''. Although it did not disclose anything regarding the upcoming plan or subscription.

This upcoming development of Jio cinema to ensure a seamless viewing experience on the OTT platform. Since the start of IPL 2024, Jio has launched new broadband plans, prepaid plans and sharing stickers during live matches.

Last month, Reliance Jio introduced a ''Dhan Dhana Dhan'' offer for its Jio AirFiber Plus users to provide free 3X internet speeds on select plans for two months. It also brought a new Rs 49 prepaid data plan that comes with a total of 25GB of data for a validity time of one day.

Coming to Jio's upcoming ad-free plan, it remains to be seen how much the plan will cost. Currently, the JioCinema subscription plan costs Rs 999 which comes with a period of one year, while users can also purchase the plan at a monthly basic price of Rs 99. Both subscriptions are not ad-free.

The JioCinema Premium subscription plan offers access to premium content from HBO and other channels and simultaneously supports up to 4 devices.
