Amazon Kindle Fires And Paperwhite e-book Reader Launched to Challenge iPads, Nexus 7 And B
Amazon has given a head on collision to the global tablet market on Thurday and has intensified the challenge against the other market leaders in the segment including Apple, Google and Barnes & Noble.
This can be said, as the online retailer launched not one but two successors of the original Kindle Fire and also a e-book reader. Yes, the talk is right! On September 6, at the press event in Santa Monica, California, Amazon unveiled three devices – a 7 inch and an 8.9 inch Kindlle Fire HD tablets along with a in-built glow light Kindle Paperwhite e-reader.
The best news is yet to come. With the launches, Chief Executive Jeff Bezos, taking the stage informed that
Amazon has dropped the price of original Kindle to $159 (approx. Rs 9,000) from $199 (approx. Rs 11,000). Analysts claim that the tablets by Amazon offer a richer user experience than the Google Nexus 7 or any other 10 inch Android tablet on the market. Lets take a look at the specification of all the three newly launch offerings from Amazon.
