Inside, the Vivo X200T uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus SoC paired with the Immortalis-G925 GPU. The device ships with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and either 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The Vivo X200T display measures 6.67 inches and offers a 1.5K resolution on an AMOLED panel. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals and HDR10+ certification for better contrast. Vivo claims the screen can hit a peak brightness of 5,000 nits under suitable conditions.

On the rear, the Vivo X200T carries a triple camera system co-developed with ZEISS, including ZEISS T* coating.
