The luxury smart watch comes in six flashing colors, enough for urban elite to flaunt the newest tech toy in town. What's the point of getting a smart watch? Is your smartphone not enough?

Well, Samsung's attempt as a smart watch maker is still to be tested, considering the Galaxy Gear is yet to go on sale around the world. First let's have a look at the internal specifications of Samsung's first gen Galaxy Gear.

There is a new kid on the block, and Samsung liked to call it as Galaxy Gear. This very smart watch comes with a 1.6-inch Super AMOLED display having resolution of 320 x 320. Running on the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean mobile OS, the chances of getting accepted by a large number of audience are quite natural . The UI is optimised for Galaxy Gear. Samsung is optimistic about dedicated app store for Galaxy Gear. Unfortunately,Galaxy Gear will not able to downlaod apps available on Google Play store.
