Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is all set to take the center stage. The widely popular first-person shooter game by Activision Blizzard aims to become another billion-dollar hit. The popular Modern Warfare of the Call of Duty franchise was initially launched in 2007.

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's highest edition is priced at $99.99, roughly converts to Rs. 7,100. Activision claims that the beta version of the Call of Duty topped the number of hours played. The beta version of the game was released last month, and the new version is expected to sell 20 million units by the end of 2019.

The anticipation around the latest version of the Call of Duty game is high. When the trailer of the game released on YouTube, it crossed more than 33 million views. The co-founder of Sensor Tower, Alex Malafeev believes that the anticipation of the Call of Duty game has created a new fan base.

Call Of Duty: Mobile

Earlier this month, Call of Duty: Mobile was launched. The game is developed by the Chinese company Tencent Holdings for smartphones, which also has a stake in Epic Games' Fortnite and PUBG's Bluehole. The Call of Duty: Mobile has popularised the 'battle-royal' format, where dozens of players battle with each other.

Speaking about PUBG, the mobile version of the game has got a new update where gamers got new weapons, features, and more. PUBG will also be rolling out a new update in December, a new leak suggests.

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's latest version will release globally today (October 25). The game will be available on Sony PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox One, and PC as well. By the end of the year, gamers will have a feast of newly launched games. Pokemon Sword and Shield, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and others will also launch by the end of 2019.
