Reliance has launched the JioFi device for this purpose. It will be very useful for those who want to enjoy the Jio benefits across different devices. The JioFi device is priced at Rs 2,899 and it can be used to enjoy the free 4G data, calls and messages offer till December 31 with the Jio SIM card.

A Reliance Jio SIM is needed

You need to have a Reliance Jio SIM card to get the benefits that the network is offering you such as free data, calls, and messages till December 31. If you don't have a Jio SIM card, you need to get one and activate the same to get the benefits.

The SSID and password are to be noted

You need to note down the JioFi device's SSID and password that are listed next to the SIM tray in the device. This is important to connect to the WiFi network with the Jio SIM card.

Charge it a while

Insert the battery into the JioFi device and close the back cover. Then, plug the JioFi device into the charger for a while to get some battery life to keep it running.

The lights should turn on

After charging the Reliance JioFi device for a some time, you need to press the Power button on the top of the wireless hotspot device.

Connect to the WiFi network

After the setup process of the Reliance JioFi device, you just have to search for the SSID name that you made a note of earlier. You can log in to it with the password provided on the JioFi device.
