Snapchat's Geofilter Location Tracking Feature Can Be Creepy

The reason why the Snapchat location tracking feature can often prove to be really creepy is it reveals the users' location and in turn their activities. This may help someone to track or stalk you causing a high risk.
How Geofilters Works
Snapchat geofilters allow the users to add specific, location-based filters to their photos. Hence, if a Snapchat user clicks a picture in a location, they will experience different geofilters compared to that of being in some other place.
Therefore, Snapchat can monetize geofilters by stuffing ads into them as and when you send snaps from a certain location.
