Indian consumers will finally get to buy the Asha 502, Nokia's newest phone under the Asha portfolio, by next week. While the Finnish manufacturer has already started teasing the Asha 502 Dual SIM on its official Facebook account under "coming soon" tag.
GizBot has received information from an inside source that Nokia Asha 502 will be out on retail shelves by next week. Originally, Nokia launched the Asha 502 Dual SIM at this year's Nokia World 2013, alongside slew of devices including the Asha 503, Asha 502, Lumia 1520 , Lumia 1320 and Lumia 2520.
Supporting the same, when GizBot analysed the shipment data obtained from Zauba - a website that basically tracks imports and exports to and from India, it indicated that Nokia has already started to import the Asha 502 units in India.
There are a lot of units (in thousands, probably), shipped into different parts of India (Bombay, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata) until now. The number of units shipped per day are increasing, thus it again proves that the Asha 502 Dual SIM would be launched shortly.
Moreover, according to the shipping details - the Nokia Asha 502 Dual SIM could be priced Rs. 6,889. Talking about the color variants - the phone will be made available in red, black and yellow colors.
Hence, there is a possibility that Asha 502 Dual SIM might get launched, alongside Nokia Lumia 1520 (which we confirmed) would be announced on December 16.
