Earlier this month, the Moto E3 received the Bluetooth certification. Now, an iteration of the smartphone has received the Wi-Fi certification.

This certification has received the branding as well as the model number of a variant of the Moto E3. Well, as per the certification, the model will be called Moto E3 Power and it will carry the model number XT1706.

Spotted in Benchmark Database with Moto E3

Notably, Lenovo XT1700 and XT1706 were spotted on the GFXBench database in March. Considering that both have received the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), they could be all set for an imminent launch.

Possible Specs to Expect

Going by the benchmark database, the Moto E3 Power might arrive with specifications such as a 5-inch HD 720p display and equip a quad-core MediaTek MT6735P chipset clocked at 1 GHz speed.

It is likely to feature an 8 MP main snapper at its back, a 5 MP front-facer, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of native storage capacity. It is tipped to run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.

Lately, the Lenovo Vibe C2 was in the headlines and it was claimed that this smartphone could be launched in some markets instead of the Moto E3 branding. Eventually, the specs of the Moto E3 and Lenovo Vibe C2 have to be the same. If this turns out to be true, the Moto E could arrive with a 2,750 mAh battery.
