After a lot of initial criticism and slumping sales, Motorola has finally decided to cut down the price to just Rs. 35,000, a discount of around 30% on the actual launch price. Here are the top 10 reasons why the Moto X Force is worth buying for Rs. 35,000.
The Moto X Force is the first smartphone in the world to feature a completely shatterproof display. It uses five strong layers of the display stacks to make it shatterproof and shield it from breaking on accidental drops.
The Droid Turbo series smartphones come with great battery life and the latest Moto X Force is no exception. Globally known as the Droid Turbo 2, it features a massive 3,760mAh battery and the company claims that the battery can easily last 48 hours with average usage.
The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm's 2015 flagship chipset: Snapdragon 810 SoC with 2.0GHz octa-core processor and Adreno 430 GPU at 600MHz. This chipset is a high performance processor and gets the work done quite easily.
With that huge battery, you'd think it would be a pain while charging it. Thankfully, the Moto X Force comes with a quick charging feature that allows the user to get 13 hours of talk time in just around 15 minutes of charge.
Along with shatterproof capability, the Moto X Force is also somewhat spill proof. The smartphone is not waterproof but it comes with nano-coating that makes it resistance with accidental contact with water.
The Moto X Force also supports PMA and Qi wireless charging standards making it possible for the user to charge the phone through special wireless charging pads. However, the wireless charging pad is not included in the box, users need to buy separately.
The Moto X Force flaunts a top-end 21 megapixel primary camera with a large, f/2.4" Sony IMX 230 sensor with features like Phase Detection Auto Focus for rapid focusing capabilities. It is the same camera module as on the flagship Moto X Style. The front camera is also quite decent for the price.
Motorola Moto X Force comes with 32GB of internal storage and there is also a 64GB variant. This part might not be that crucial while buying because the smartphone also has an external card support that can expand the internal storage up to 200GB via microSD card.
The smartphone also comes with a decent 5 megapixel front-facing camera that has features like a wide-angle lens and large, 1.4um pixels for better low-light performance. This helps ensure your Snapchat game is on point.
The smartphone comes with a lot of unique choices of removable back panels. These include options like a soft grip material, ballistic nylon and leather. The color variants are Red and Black.
