Huawei, a few weeks ago launched the Mate 9 smartphone in China. And, the Mate 9 came out in two variants- one with a normal display and the other variant with a curved display and Huawei calls it as 'Porsche' design.
Late yesterday, another Huawei smartphone with dual-curved display leaked online and if the rumors were believed to be true, the device will be called as Huawei Mate 9 Pro and will be a China exclusive. Huawei is going to launch the smartphone tomorrow.
Let's take a quick look at what Huawei Mate 9 Pro has to offer when it goes official.
The images surfaced online clearly shows that the smartphone highly resembles the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and it is the Champagne Gold color variant.
Same Camera Setup as the Mate 9!
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro also comes with the same camera setup as the original Mate 9. It features a dual 20MP+12MP camera on the rear with OIS and 2x zoom capabilities. Also, the camera is branded by LEICA.
Fingerprint Scanner Moved to Front
It looks like Huawei might moving the fingerprint scanner to the front of the phone and the leaked images confirm the same.
Same 5.9-inch Display
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro will feature the same 5.9-inch 1080p display as the Mate 9. But, the only difference is the dual-curved display in the Mate 9 Pro.
The Mate 9 Pro will come in three memory variants: 4GB RAM+ 64GB Storage which will be sold for Yuan 4599 (approx. Rs. 42,300), 6GB RAM+ 128GB Storage will be priced at Yuan 5299 (approx. Rs. 52,300), and the 6GB RAM+ 256GB storage variant comes with a price tag of Yuan 5699 (approx. Rs. 56,500). And, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro will be exclusive to the Chinese market.
