Moving on to the upcoming smartphones in January 2024. From OnePlus to Vivo, we are in for a busy month starting with two mega launches in India this week. So without any further delays, here are the upcoming smartphones in January 2024.

The line-up will include the Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. The phones will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The Samsung Galaxy S24 series will put a major focus on AI with Samsung teasing new things to come with "Galaxy AI".

The Vivo X100 series is launching in India on January 4, 2024. The launch event will take place on January 4 at 12:00 noon and will be livestreamed on the company's official website and YouTube channel.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G will offer a big jump over its predecessor and is expected to arrive in India's sub-30K market. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 series launch in India is taking place on January 4, 2024.

The OnePlus 12 5G was already unveiled in China last month as the company premier flagship for 2024. Moreover, the OnePlus Ace 3 is set to make its debut in China on January 4. However, the OnePlus Ace 3 will make its international debut as the OnePlus 12R 5G on January 23.

On the other hand, the Poco X6 Pro has already been confirmed to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chip. The Poco X6 series will be available through Flipkart after its launch in India. Moreover, the Poco X6 Pro is said to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K70E.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro

iQOO became the first brand to release a smartphone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC in India in the form of the iQOO 12 5G. Now, the company is gearing up to launch yet another powerful smartphone in India in the form of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is set to make its debut in India this month as iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya recently shared a post on X confirming the launch. To recall, the iQOO Neo 9 series was unveiled in China last month.

The Asus ROG Phone 8's back panel was recently teased in a new post on X (formerly Twitter). The ROG Phone 8 will also use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. We can also expect Asus to unveil the ROG Phone 8 Pro with a few design tweaks alongside the vanilla model.

To recall, the Oppo Reno 11 series was unveiled in China back in November 2023. Oppo's Reno 11 will make its debut in India's premium mid-range segment, while the Reno 11 Pro will offer flagship killer specifications.

The Nothing Phone (2a) is expected to make its international debut sometime this month or in February 2024. Nothing has scheduled an event on February 27 at MWC 2024 in Barcelona, although the Phone (2a) could be showcased before the upcoming event.

Other Upcoming Smartphones January 2024

1. The Poco M6 Pro 4G is also set to make its debut alongside the Poco X6 series. To recall, the brand launched the Poco M6 5G and Poco M6 Pro 5G last year, making this the first M6 series 4G smartphone.
2. The Moto G34 5G is also expected to make its debut sometime this month, with reports speculating that the device will arrive in India on January 9, 2024. The Moto G34 5G will arrive in India's affordable 5G smartphone market.
3. The flagship Honor Magic 6 series is debuting in China on January 10. The line-up will include the Honor Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro. The Honor X50 GT will be unveiled in China on January 4, 2024, ahead of the Magic 6 series. Unlike the flagship Magic 6 series, the Honor X50 GT will offer a premium mid-tier specs sheet.
4. Realme has been teasing details about an upcoming smartphone launch in January or February 2024. The company still hasn't revealed details about the launch, although rumors suggest it will be the Realme 12 series. However, other reports point to the global debut of the Realme GT 5 Pro.
