The Vivo U20 comes in two storage variants - 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM priced at Rs. 10,990 and 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM priced at Rs. 11,990. On the other hand, Vivo U10 was launched in three variants - 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM priced at Rs. 8,990, 3GB RAM + 64GB ROM priced at Rs. 9,990 and 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM priced at Rs. 10,990.

Vivo U20 bestows a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.3%. On the other hand, the Vivo U10 comes with a relatively smaller 6.35-inch HD+ display of 1544 x 720 pixel resolution and a smaller screen-to-body ratio of 82.9%.

Both the IPS screens have a waterdrop notch to house the selfie camera and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Also, there is Widevine L1 certification to enjoy HD content from streaming services. Well, there is an increase in the RAM as the company has removed the 3GB RAM variant this time. And, the Snapdragon 675 SoC is touted to deliver 25% better performance than the Snapdragon 665 SoC.

On the imaging front, the Vivo U20 comes with an improved 16MP primary with an aperture of f/1.8, an 8MP secondary wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a tertiary 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture.

The Vivo U10 also comes with a triple-camera setup at its rear. It has a 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, an 8MP secondary ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP tertiary depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture for bokeh effect. There is a dedicated night mode as well.

In terms of comparison, the U20 comes with an improved camera system with higher resolution cameras and improved aperture for better quality photos and videos. Moreover, the depth sensor has been replaced by a macro lens that can capture photos at up to 4cm. Even the selfie camera is improved as the 8MP sensor in the U10 has been replaced by a 16MP sensor in the U20.
