Xiaomi is rumored to be preparing the successor to the Redmi Note 2, which was launched back in August. This new smartphone is expected to be called Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro.

Recently, the company has official teased two new devices on Twitter, which are rumored to Redmi Note 2 Pro with metallic build and fingerprint scanner and another seems to be the successor of the Mi Pad.

The Mi Pad 2 has been in rumors for a very long time since last year and it appears like the tablet is just a few days away from being unveiled. The tweet also says that the both devices will be coming on November 24.

Xiaomi Readmi Note 2 Pro is rumored to feature a similar display as its predecessor. There will be a 5.5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels.

TENAA recently listed several details about the Redmi Note 2 Pro will features an octa-core MediaTek MT6795 processor known as the Helio X10, and 2 GB of RAM with 16 GB of onboard storage.

In the camera department, the smartphone will features a 13 megapixel camera on the back, a 5 megapixel front-facing shooter. It is rumored to have a 3,060 mAh battery to power it all up. On the software front, the handset is expected to run Android Lollipop with Xiaomi's own MIUI on top.

As seen in the teaser, the tablet is made from Metal and is thin. The Camera is one on the corner of the back, with no sight of an LED flash. The Power and Volume buttons are placed close together on the right side of the device when it is held in a portrait mode.

Previous rumors suggests that the Mi Pad 2 will be powered by an Intel Atom x5-Z8500 chipset, with a 2.24 GHz quad-core CPU. There will be a memory of 2GB RAM and an inbuilt storage of 16GB.

The original Mi Pad sported a 9.7 inch display, and its successor will either keep that display size, or will ship with a bigger panel.
