Google is on the brink of unveiling its highly anticipated flagship smartphones, potentially named the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. While the official launch is a few months down the road, the rumor mill is buzzing with fresh revelations about these devices. Following a recent leak that spilled the beans on the Pixel 8 Pro specifications, a new report has emerged, shedding light on the expected RAM and storage options for both models.

Pixel 8: Specs & Features

For those eager to get their hands on the Pixel 8, the device will offer two storage options: 128GB and 256GB. Contrary to the hopes of some, the base model will maintain the same storage capacity as its predecessor and will be offered in three hues: Licorice, Peony, and Haze.

Photography aficionados will be pleased to know that the Pixel 8 will be equipped with a 50MP main camera featuring the Samsung ISOCELL GN2 sensor. This sensor promises improved low-light performance and enhanced dynamic range, ensuring breathtaking shots in various lighting conditions. Additionally, the phone maintains continuity with its predecessor by retaining the same 12MP ultrawide and 11MP front cameras.

This increased storage capacity is a boon for users who require ample space for their multimedia content and applications. Much like the Pixel 8, the Pixel 8 Pro will be offered in three alluring color options: Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky.

The Pixel 8 Pro will offer a 6.7-inch 1344x2992 display with the same 120Hz refresh rate. It shares the same chipset as the Pixel 8, ensuring a seamless user experience across both models. However, the camera setup receives an upgrade, with the main camera being equipped with a 64MP ultrawide lens. The 48MP telephoto lens and 11MP front camera, previously featured in the Pixel 7 Pro, are retained in the Pixel 8 Pro.
