Honor V30, V30 Pro Confirmed To Pack Punch-Hole Display, Dual-Selfie Cameras

Honor V30 series is the latest talk of the town. The Chinese manufacturer is expected to introduce its next-generation flagship series with the launch of the Honor V30 and the Honor V30 Pro. Both the smartphones have shown up multiple times via leaks and rumors and were speculated to go official in November. Now, some fresh leaks have revealed the fascia of both smartphones. Details are as follows:

The Honor V30 leaked images on Weibo corroborates the punch-hole display design tipped by the leaks. This doesn't come as a surprise as we have seen this setup on some previous Honor flagship smartphones as well.

The leaked live images also reveal a unique feature that the Honor V30 Pro will offer. The device is spotted with a dual-lens selfie camera module placed on the top-left corner. It is worth mentioning that Vivo has already become the first brand to launch a dual-selfie camera smartphone, that too with a pop-up setup (Vivo V17 Pro).

This leak on Weibo only reveals the aforementioned design elements of the Honor V30 and the Honor V30 Pro and doesn't shed any light on the hardware. However, some of the key specifications have been tipped by the leaks earlier. Let's have a look at them:

Honor V30 Series Expected Specifications And Features

The Honor V30 and the Honor V30 Pro are said to make use of a Kirin 990 chipset. There could be a 5G variant of both the devices backed by a Kirin 990 5G chipset. The standard variant might come with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration.

The standard Honor V30 is said to ship with a quad-rear camera setup with a 60MP primary sensor, a 16MP wide-angle-sensor, a ToF sensor, and a 2MP depth lens. On the other hand, the V30 Pro is said to ship with a similar camera module packing a 60MP primary sensor. But, it is speculated to come with a 20MP ultra-wide-angle lens and an 8MP telephoto sensor.

The leaks have suggested a 4,000 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging for the standard Honor V30, and a 4,200 mAh battery with 40W fast charging support. We are still waiting for Honor to announce the official launch date, however, with both the devices popping up via leaks consistently an imminent launch is expected.
