Huawei Nova 6 5G Geekbench Listing Reveals Kirin 990 Chipset, Android 10 OS
Huawei Nova 6 series is set to debut on December 5 in China. The upcoming premium smartphone lineup by the Chinese tech giant is likely to go official along with the Nova 6 5G, Nova 6, and the Nova 6 SE. An official promo video of the Nova 6 5G confirmed the presence of a dual punch-hole display and quad-rear cameras. Now, the handset has been spotted online on Geekbench.

Huawei Nova 5G Spotted On Geekbench
Huawei Nova 6 5G has been spotted on a listing on Geekbench with the WLZ-AN00 model number. The listing reveals an in-house octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 990 chipset with 1.86 GHz clock speed.
The Geekbench listing also suggests 8GB RAM and Android 10 OS. The same has been suggested by the leaks earlier as well. However, there is no mention of the storage configuration on Geekbench.
Coming to the benchmark scores, the Huawei Nova 6 5G logged 3,821 points on the single-core tests and 11,963 points in the multi-core tests. Apart from the aforementioned features, the Geekbench listing doesn't reveal any other specific details.
As for the other hardware, the Nova 6 5G is said to come with a quad-camera setup aligned vertically on the top-left corner. The camera sensors are likely to be a 60MP primary sensor accompanied by a 16MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The device might flaunt a 6.44-inch AMOLED display panel with 1080 x 2340 pixels FHD+ resolution. The device is confirmed with a dual punch-hole selfie camera likely to be equipped with a 32MP primary and a 16MP secondary sensor.
The front cameras are said to be equipped with a Super Night Scene 2.0 Mode and 105-degree wide-angle capabilities. The Nova 6 5G has also cleared its certification from 3C in China with 40W fast charging feature.
The device is said to be powered by a 4,000 mAh battery. We are waiting for Huawei to announce the official launch date of the Nova 6 series in India and will keep you posted on the same.
