iQOO 12 5G Pre-bookings in India Start Today at 12 noon via Amazon: Here’s How Much It Costs!

The iQOO 12 5G is making its debut in India next week. iQOO has already confirmed the availability of its upcoming flagship through Amazon India after its arrival in the country.

The iQOO 12 5G will make its debut as the first smartphone to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in India. And the company has now opened pre-orders for the iQOO 12 5G.

Customers can pre-order the iQOO 12 5G in India through Amazon or the iQOO Store starting today from 12 noon IST. The company is offering a free pair of Vivo TWS earbuds worth Rs 2,999 as well as a discount on the pre-order of the iQOO 12 5G.

To pre-book the iQOO 12 5G, customers will have to purchase the Priority Pass for Rs 999, which is fully refundable or will be adjusted towards the amount of the iQOO 12 5G at the time of purchasing the device. It is worth noting that the iQOO 12 5G Priority Pass will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The iQOO 12 5G launch date in India is set for December 12. iQOO's latest flagship smartphone will be available for purchase in India on Amazon and iQOO's official store after its launch in the country.

According to previous reports, the iQOO 12 5G price in India could start from anywhere between Rs 50,999 to Rs 59,999. To recall, the iQOO 12 5G was already unveiled in China with a starting price of CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs 46,450) for the 12GB/256GB variant.

iQOO 12 5G Specifications

The iQOO 12 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Accompanying the Snapdragon SoC is a dedicated e-sports Q1 chip for an enhanced gaming experience.

The handset also has a large vapor chamber and a four-zone cooling system for improved heat dissipation. The iQOO 12 will run Android 14 with the FuntouchOS 14 skin on top. The iQOO 12 also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

The iQOO 12 sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and HDR support. The panel boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz High frequency PWM dimming. Additionally, the screen has a pixel density of 452 PPI and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.

iQOO 12 5G Cameras, Connectivity

For optics, the iQOO 12 boasts a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP 1/1.3-inch light tracing primary sensor. The main camera is paired with a 50 MP ultrawide lens and a 64 MP periscope-telephoto sensor with an f/2.57 aperture, OIS support, and 100x digital zoom.

Up front, there's a 16 MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and more. The iQOO 12 5G is offered in the Legend Edition (White) and Track Edition (Black) shades.
