iQOO Neo 10 Series Launch Confirmed to Take Place Soon: Will Rival the Redmi K80 Series

The iQOO Neo 10 series has officially been teased in China. The latest teaser from Vivo comes on the back of the iQOO 13 launch in the world's largest smartphone market. iQOO's Neo series sits right below its flagship range, aiming to deliver better price-to-performance.

While no official launch date has been provided, the iQOO Neo 10 series will likely be unveiled in the end of November. The launch will be around the same time as the Redmi K80 series, which is also expected to debut in late November. Additionally, the iQOO 13 is also arriving in India on December 3, 2024.

According to iQOO Neo Product Manager (via Playfuldroid), the iQOO Neo series has been leading and innovating in the segment for the past three years. He also noted that the upcoming iQOO Neo 10 series will exceed expectations, offering stronger 'dual-core performance'.

This could confirm speculations that both the iQOO Neo 10 and iQOO Neo 10 Pro will join the ranks of the 'Neo' series soon. However, it could also mean that the iQOO Neo 10 series will adopt a dual-chip strategy, with an independent display chip accompanying the Snapdragon/MediaTek SoC.

iQOO Neo 10 Series Specifications

According to recent leaks, the iQOO Neo 10 Pro will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset-the same processor found in the upcoming iQOO 13. This will be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. In contrast, the standard iQOO Neo 10 is expected to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.

The iQOO Neo 10 Pro will reportedly house a robust 6,000 mAh battery with support for 120W wired fast charging. For cameras, it is tipped to sport a dual setup, featuring a 50MP primary sensor (1/1.56" with OIS) and a 50MP ultrawide lens. Meanwhile, the vanilla Neo 10 is likely to include the same primary sensor but with a downgraded 8MP ultrawide camera.

Display-wise, the iQOO Neo 10 Pro may come with a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO OLED screen offering a 1.5K resolution and an adaptive 144Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to feature a Goodix ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a plastic frame, while the Neo 10 could opt for an optical fingerprint reader instead. Stay tuned to Gizbot for the official iQOO Neo 10 series launch date.
