iQOO Neo 7 Pro Teased to Launch in India

iQOO recently launched the iQOO Neo 7 5G in India, and now the brand has started teasing the Pro model in the Neo 7 lineup. The company's India head Nipun Marya hinted that the iQOO Neo 7 Pro is coming soon to India.

Although the company has not revealed much about the upcoming phone, it is reported that the device will arrive as a rebadged version of the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition, which launched in China last year.

iQOO Neo 7 Pro Rumored Features

iQOO India head Nipun Marya took to Twitter to tease the upcoming phone. The poster features the words "Neo" and "Pro," likely hinting at the Neo 7 Pro. While Marya did not reveal the exact launch date, reports suggest that the smartphone will debut in India this June.

The iQOO Neo 7 SE, which launched in China, was rebranded as the iQOO Neo 7 5G in India. It is reported that the Chinese version of the Neo 7 will not debut in India, which leaves the Neo 7 Racing Edition.

By elimination, we can expect iQOO to launch a rebadged version of the iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition in India.

The iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a Full HD+ resolution. The display has a refresh rate of 120Hz, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and HDR10+ support.

While the Chinese model gets a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, the rebadged version is expected to feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The smartphone will feature 8GB and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM options and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

When it comes to imaging, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro will likely feature a triple camera setup at the rear. It will include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, there will be a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro is expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The smartphone will get an in-display fingerprint scanner for security. As for the operating system, the device will run Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 out of the box.
