The iQOO Neo 8 series smartphones will launch today. The brand had recently confirmed the iQOO Neo 8 series would include a 'Pro' model. Along with the smartphones, iQOO will also launch its first-ever tablet.

iQOO has been teasing the iQOO Neo 8 series smartphones, which currently appear to include the iQOO Neo 8 and the iQOO Neo 8 Pro. iQOO Neo 8 Pro Specifications, Features

A dedicated page setup for the iQOO Neo 8 series smartphones, confirms the iQOO Neo 8 Pro launch date in China is May 23. It also mentions the launch has been scheduled for 07:00 PM local time, which translates to 4:30 PM IST.

Vivo recently revealed the back panel of the iQOO Neo 8 Pro, which appears in a red shade and seems to feature a soft leatherette material. The phone also has a large black camera island that protrudes slightly from the back panel.

The iQOO Neo 8 Pro has a triple camera setup on the back, headlined by a 50MP primary camera. The exact specifications of the other lenses aren't known yet.

Recent leaks had claimed the iQOO Neo 8 Pro will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus SoC, which will be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The smartphone will run Android 13 with the Origin OS skin on top.

The handset is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The iOQO Neo 8 Pro will reportedly pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support.

iQOO confirmed the iQOO Pad will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC, a flagship chipset from MediaTek, with a prime or performance core clocked at 3.2GHz.

The powerful octa-core chipset has Mali G710 MC10 GPU. The tablet packs LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage and could be available in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB configuration variants.

iQOO has released a teaser for the iQOO Pad, which confirms the tablet features a 12.1-inch 2.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The display will have a peak brightness of 600nits, support HDR10, and 1.07 billion colors.

The iQOO Pad has a massive 4442 sq. mm thermal solution for rapid heat dissipation. The tab is likely to pack in a 10,000mAh battery unit, which is tipped to support 44W fast charging. It will run on Android 13, but there could be iQOO's custom skin on top.
