iQOO Pad Specifications and Details Officially Revealed
iQOO is all set to launch its first Android tablet, the iQOO pad, in Chinese markets on May 23. This launch will take place alongside the launch of the iQOO Neo 8 smartphone.
Ahead of the launch, the company has officially revealed specifications of the tab, including details of the processor, display and more. Let's take a closer look.

iQOO Pad: Specifications
The company has now confirmed that the iQOO Pad will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor. This Dimensity 9000+ is iQOO's flagship processor. The phone will pack in an octa-core CPU which has a 1 + 3 + 4 core configuration. The processor features a Cortex-X2 core (clocked at 3.2GHz) and three Cortex A710 cores (clocked at 2.85GHz each).
The processor additionally comes with a Mali G710 MC10 GPU. The iQOO Pad will also have a 4442 square mm heat dissipation area.
The tablet will also boast of a LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
A teaser launched by the brand also confirmed that the tablet will feature a 12.1-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The display will have a resolution of 2.8K, with support for 600nits peak brightness and HDR10 support. The display will reportedly support 1.07 billion colours.
iQOO Pad: Colour and Design
The tablet was spotted on a Chinese e-commerce platform ahead of its official launch, which confirmed some details about its design and colours. The tablet will be available in grey colour only. However, there would be options for storage configurations. The tablet is likely to be available in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB configuration variants.
When it comes to the appearance of the tablet, the iQOO Tab will have a flat edge design with curved corners. A circular module at the back will host the tab's dual camera setup and an LED flash. The front camera will be placed in landscape mode.
The tab is likely to pack in a 10000mAh battery unit, which supports 44W fast charging. It'll run on Android 13.
