iQOO Neo 9s Pro Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, 144Hz OLED Display, 120W Charging

The iQOO Neo 9s Pro has officially been unveiled in China. The iQOO Neo 9s Pro follows the launch of the iQOO Neo 9 and iQOO Neo 9 Pro, while also opting for the same back panel design.

The iQOO Neo 9s Pro also incorporates the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, following the Vivo X100s and Vivo X100s Pro. Apart from the chip, the specifications of the iQOO Neo 9s Pro are similar to the iQOO Neo 9 Pro (Chinese Variant).

iQOO Neo 9s Pro Pricing, Color Options

The iQOO Neo 9s Pro price in China is set at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs 35,250) for the 12GB/256GB model. The iQOO Neo 9s Pro comes in Fighting Black, Red and White Soul, and Star Yao Bai (Black) color options. As of now, there is no word on the handset's international availability.

Moreover, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro is also available in 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB configurations that will set you back CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs 38,800), CNY 3,599 (roughly Rs 42,300), and CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs 47,000), respectively. The iQOO Neo 9s Pro is already available for purchase in China.

iQOO Neo 9s Pro Specifications

The iQOO Neo 9s Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The handset is also equipped with a dedicated Q1 chip and a 6K canopy VC cooling system to improve frame rates in games. It runs Android 14-based OriginOS 4.0.

The iQOO Neo 9s Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,400 nits and HDR10+ support. The panel boasts an adaptive refresh rate between 1Hz - 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming. The phone packs a 5,160 mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support.

For optics, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro features a dual-rear camera setup with a 50 MP IMX920 VCS Bionic primary sensor that supports OIS and a 50 MP ultrawide lens. For selfies and video calls, there's a 16 MP camera sensor. Connectivity options on the iQOO Neo 9s Pro include 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NavIC, NFC, and more.
