Lava Agni 2 5G next sale in India commences at 12 noon today: All you need to know

The Lava Agni 2 5G is set to go on sale in India for the third time today. The Agni 2 5G was first released in India last month and went on sale in the country for the first time on May 24. However, the device sold out within minutes of going on sale in India. Additionally, the Agni 2 5G also sold out during the second sale on May 31.

And now, the Lava Agni 2 5G will be available for purchase in India once again. The Lava Agni 2 5G features a MediaTek chipset, a large battery, fast charging, a quad-camera setup, a high-refresh-rate display, and stock Android 13.

The Lava Agni 2 5G price in India is set at Rs 21,999 for the sole 8GB/256GB model. Additionally, Lava is offering an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on the purchase of the Agni 2 5G through a credit or debit card from any 'major' bank.

The Lava Agni 2 5G sale in India will kick off at 12:00 noon today. Lava's mid-range 5G smartphone will be available for purchase through Amazon India. Lava is also promising a 'free replacement' for the Agni 2 5G during the one-year warranty period.

Lava Agni 2 5G Specifications

The Lava Agni 2 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Additionally, up to 8GB of unused storage can be utilized as virtual RAM. The upcoming 5G Lava smartphone will pack a 4,700 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.

The Agni 2 5G sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ Curved AMOLED display with double reinforced glass protection. The screen boasts a 120Hz refresh rate, 105 percent NTSC colour depth, and HDR10+ support. The Lava Agni 2 5G also features an in-display fingerprint reader.

For optics, the Lava Agni 2 5G gets a quad-camera setup with a 50 MP camera with 1.0-micron (1um) pixel size sensor, a first for the segment. The main camera is paired with an 8 MP ultrawide unit, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro lens. Up front, there's a 16 MP selfie camera.
