    Motorola has been teasing the launch of the Moto G5S Plus that is slated to happen today in India. The launch event will happen in New Delhi at 12:15 PM.

    Moto G5S Plus unboxing and First Impressions

    The Moto G5S Plus was unveiled along with its smaller variant, the G5S earlier this month. While the Moto G5S is yet to be released in India, the Moto G5S Plus was teased on Amazon India tipping that it will be launched today and will remain exclusive to the online retailer. Given that the Moto G5S Plus launch is slated to happen today, the company is live streaming the event via its official YouTube channel. You can watch the event live from the video below.

    For now, we have clue on when the Moto G5S Plus will go on sale in the country. However, one thing that we are sure about is that the Amazon India website will definitely have a slew of launch offers for the smartphone. Also, there will be some attractive offers for the Amazon Prime customers.

    The Moto G5S Plus boasts of a dual camera setup at its rear with two 13MP sensors. There is an 8MP selfie camera at the front with a wide-angle lens and LED flash. Running on Android 7.1 Nougat, the Moto G5S Plus features a 5.5-inch FHD 1080p display. At its heart, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage capacity. Notably, both the variants support expandable storage up to 128GB using a microSD card.

    At the front, the Moto G5S Plus comes with an oval-shaped front-facing fingerprint sensor that is embedded into the home button. The Moto G5S Plus is packed with connectivity aspects such as 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. A 3000mAh battery powers the Moto G5S Plus along with TurboPower feature. It is claimed that this battery can render up to 6 hours of power in just 15 minutes of charging.
