According to a dedicated page on the Amazon India website, the Moto G5S Plus is all set to be launched in India on August 29 at 12 PM. The smartphone will be exclusive to the online retailer. For now, there is no mention about the price tag of the Moto G5S Plus but it is believed to be priced around Rs. 23,000 as it is priced at 299 euros in the European market. The major highlight of the Moto G5S Plus is its camera. The smartphone arrives with a dual camera setup at its rear featuring two 13MP sensors. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie camera with wide-angle lens and LED flash as well. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1Nougat OS out of the box.
The Moto G5S Plus flaunts an all-metal unibody design and a 5.5-inch FHD 1080p display. Under its hood, there operates an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage capacity. Both the variants support expandable storage up to 128GB with the help of a microSD card. There is a front-facing oval-shaped fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button of the smartphone.
The Moto G5S Plus comes bundled with connectivity aspects such as 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device makes use of a 3000mAh battery as the Moto G5S but the battery supports the TurboPower feature that is capable of providing 6 hours of power in just 15 minutes of charging. Notably, Lenovo announced the Moto G5S Plus in Lunar Gray and Blush Gold color options.
