Motorola Edge 40 Specifications

The Motorola Edge 40 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It packs a 4,400 mAh battery with 68W fast charging support. Motorola's premium mid-tier phone runs on Android 13 with Motorola's near-stock Android My UX skin on top.

The Moto Edge 40 sports a 6.55-inch FHD+ POLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, and a pixel density of 402ppi. The handset sports a 144Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. Additionally, the camera cut-out houses a 32 MP selfie camera with autofocus.
For optics, the Edge 40 gets a dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.4 aperture and OIS support. The main camera is paired with a 13 MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture and "Macro Vision", allowing it to double as a macro camera.

The Motorola Edge 40 features a starting price of €599.99 (roughly Rs 54,300) in Germany. However, the phone will likely cost less in India. We believe that the Moto Edge 40 price in India could fall anywhere between Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000.
