The Moto Edge 40 Neo will likely be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1050 SoC. The chip could be paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The handset will run near-stock Android 13 out of the box.
