Motorola is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in its Edge 50 series tomorrow. The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is set to debut in the country's sub-25K segment and will sit just under the Motorola Edge 50 Pro.

To recall, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion already made its global debut last month alongside the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, although the latter hasn't got an official release date in the country, although it will be unveiled as the Moto X50 Ultra in China on May 16.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is launching in India later tomorrow at 12 noon. Following the launch, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will go on sale in the country through Flipkart, Motorola.in, and leading retail stores.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion price in Europe started from Є399 (roughly Rs 35,500). However, we believe the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion price in India could fall between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000, excluding introductory/bank offers.

Motorola Edge 50 Fusion Specifications

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Edge 50 Fusion also sports a 6.7-inch curved P-OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel boasts a peak brightness of 1,600 nits and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The handset runs Android 14-based Hello UX on top. It packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging support over a USB Type-C port. For optics, the Edge 50 Fusion gets a 50 MP Sony LYT-700C primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.88 aperture and a 13 MP ultrawide lens that doubles as a macro camera.

Up front, there's a 32 MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. Motorola's upcoming mid-range smartphone also has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
